Automatic Nut Feeder for Spot Welding with M5-M12 Compatibility 220V/50Hz Power and 0.5MPa Air Source

This nut spot welder is equipped with a conveying system compatible with M5-M12 standard and non-standard nuts. Utilizing electromagnetic adsorption/slide-rod conveying combined with vibration-based anti-reverse screening, it achieves PLC-controlled pneumatic transfer (5-45 nuts/minute, ≥98% accuracy). The device supports both standalone and linked operation modes, and features centralized multi-machine control. When synchronized with the welder, it enables a fully automated "start-feed-weld" process. Characterized by precision, high efficiency, reverse-proof screening, low energy consumption, and stable performance, it is compatible with mature techniques from both Western and Asian markets. Operating on 220V/50Hz power (80W) and a 0.5MPa air source, it significantly enhances nut welding efficiency in the automotive and hardware industries.
